ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Sales Team. This role will work closely with the sales, marketing, Sales and customer success teams to build, execute, maintain and analyze the marketing and sales automation and tools infrastructure that will drive new business and increase customer retention. The Marketing Operations Specialist will optimize our Hubspot, Terminus and Salesforce instances and leverage these technologies to maximize the efficiency of marketing campaigns and operations.

What you will be working on:

  • Serve as a primary resource for all marketing support projects and initiatives
  • Own the marketing integration and data model to ensure seamless and consistent data flow within HubSpot, Terminus and all associated systems, while maintaining data integrity and investigating and troubleshooting where necessary
  • Manage our HubSpot instance to ensure that end-users have processes that are reliable, consistent and repeatable while making sure that we are following industry standard best-practices
  • Document scalable processes as it relates to email marketing and campaign reporting
  • Work cross-functionally to build and maintain processes to ensure there are no gaps in follow up
  • Build and maintain Salesforce.com use of Campaigns to track marketing efforts from ‘Top of Funnel to Closed Won Revenue’
  • Create a repository of documented marketing processes and become the subject matter expert in order to facilitate training
  • Create marketing KPI reports to provide timely insights into multi-attributional and full-lifecycle marketing campaign performance
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Work cross-functionally with partners in Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to support business initiatives.
  • Analyze data from Terminus, Salesforce and Hubspot to help identify areas of opportunity and build strategic processes that drive revenue

Who you will be working with:

  • You will be reporting directly to our Sales Operations Manager 
  • You will work closely with the Salesforce Administrator and the Marketing, Sales & Customer Success Teams to identify the process and reporting needs of each team and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • You will serve as primary administrator for HubSpot and Terminus
  • You will work with Sales Operations Manager and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain critical marketing metrics, custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions throughout the organization

What we need from you:

  • Experience in marketing operations or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM and HubSpot Marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business analysis /operations supporting a sales organization
  • Strong analytical skills - experience pulling and analyzing cross-departmental reporting a plus
  • Detail-oriented & diligent with excellent time & deadline management
  • Teamwork & collaboration oriented
  • Able to take initiative, ownership, and be proactive in their daily work
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Terminus, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Analytics desirable

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
