Think Better is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support our team and our clients with the setup, management, and automation of the buyer’s journey.

The Marketing Operations Specialist will help plan, build, and manage our clients’ pipeline and buyer engagement. The ability to maintain clean and organized systems, document best practices, QA, configure and manage automation, and track and report are key capabilities this person in this role should possess. HubSpot experience is required, specifically with workflows, sequences, reporting, and dashboards. 

This role requires an individual with strong technical and systems acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally with our team of account directors, designers, developers, etc. to deliver excellent service and grow our clients’ business.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Create and execute complex nurture or drip campaigns to improve engagement
  • Create tracking campaigns that support the measurement of demand gen efforts
  • Manage the technical aspects of building key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, data aggregation, etc.)
  • Analyze campaigns and help to determine the ideal buyer experience within best practice inbound marketing and sales principles
  • Optimize lead hand-off and nurture processes
  • Establish closed-loop analytics between marketing and sales to understand how our clients’ marketing activity turns into customers and refine

These are the requirements:

  • 3+ years marketing operations experience
  • Experience in B2B marketing and sales
  • HubSpot certifications and direct experience with the platform
  • Fundamental understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of API integrations
  • Salesforce, Pardot, and Zapier experience
  • Experience executing Marketing Ops processes including lead management, database management, segmentation, and field mapping
  • Experience in demand generation and sales enablement
  • Strong project management skills (we use ClickUp as our PM tool) and experience with superb attention to detail
