The Opportunity:
This individual will report to the Director, Growth Marketing, and will be responsible for managing Litera's Transact Business Unit programs to drive demand for the sales teams and key product lines. This person will execute flawless campaigns that generate brand awareness, generate MQLs/SQLs, create marketing influenced pipeline and bookings, and help accelerate deal cycles. The Growth Marketing Manager will develop a lead generation strategy to hit various sales and marketing goals, utilizing a mix of email marketing, account-based marketing, webinars, virtual roundtables, and much more. The position is strategic and tactical, has experience working with complex sales teams to support their goals, and is an excellent written and verbal communicator.  

The ideal candidate will have experience navigating a multip-product, multi-business unit, and matrix-driven organization. In addition, they have experience working for a LegalTech, Enterprise Software, or SaaS companies to effectively share personal experience and be passionate about solving real-world problems that lawyers face every day.

A Day in the Life:

  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to support product launches and drive lead generation. Project manage large-scale initiatives across several teams to ensure on-time and high-quality work
  • Creating targeted programs to reach top-tier accounts, select industries, or critical personas based on the priorities of the sales team and the business
  • Collaborating with sales leaders to strategize the best way to meet goals and jointly monitor results
  • Researching lead generation best practices and integrating them into your marketing programs
  • Working cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team

Role Progression 
Within 1 month, you will:

  • Familiarize yourself with Litera's products by pair-programming with cross-functional teammates, attending training sessions presented by your peers, and completing product certification in the Learn. Litera LMS
  • Meet your global cross-functional teammates and learn the nuts and bolts of our business and future vision
  • Establish and execute the Firm Intelligence quarterly plans by rolling out local live/virtual events, webinars, ABM campaigns, etc., and driving local initiatives.
  • Partnering with the Product Marketing, Field Marketing & Customer Advocacy, Digital Marketing, etc. teams to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of one to many localized marketing programs that leverage and extend global integrated campaigns and programs focused on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Develop customer marketing campaigns to help generate incremental revenue and educate our customers on new products and capabilities
  • Drive clear work breakdown structure, cross-workstream marketing program design and management, and risk management to ensure smooth execution of the plans
  • Track metrics of each program, analyzing progress, outcomes, and insights for future campaigns
  • Implement A/B testing to measure the performance of marketing tactics continually
  • Analyze the success of the Firm Intelligence campaigns demonstrating effective KPI measurement of marketing activities

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Provide timely and accurate communication to cross-functional teams to ensure awareness of and alignment in marketing initiatives
  • Expand Litera's brand awareness into new geographical markets to drive demand
  • Ensure that Firm Intelligence paid social media and digital marketing campaigns are managed effectively to achieve expected performance targets
  • Assist in the development of copy-writing, editing, and design processes to ensure all campaigns maintain brand cohesion
