Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategic marketing plans of the Digital Service Line Marketing Account Managers within the Growth Organization.
  • Evaluate the assigned strategic marketing plans and help consult with leaders to understand primary objectives for the plan.
  • Develop tactics and processes to implement marketing plans. During implementation, identify potential barriers to success of the marketing solution and help resolve problems as they arise to ensure overall objectives are met.
  • Communicate and work with clients to manage their service and timeline expectations.
  • Recognize when work performed may impact other teams and/or other Growth Organization initiatives. Work with other members of the Growth Organization to ensure an integrated approach to growth initiatives.
  • Become knowledgeable on all aspects of their specialty area, including legal impacts or considerations, advanced technologies, and best practices to ensure effective consultation with the Marketing Managers and clients.
  • Communicate regularly with managers in specialty area to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Leverage project management software to complete assigned marketing projects and related reporting/results.
  • Learn and use approved internal/Growth Organization systems and processes. Offer recommendations for process improvement and implement approved changes.
  • Manage projects within set budget expectations and keep detailed report of expenses to report back to Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate across the marketing organization, teaming up with creative, content and digital function areas to complete projects.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other job related major
  • Requires up to three years of job-related experience
  • Preferred marketing experience in a service industry
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively
  • Ability to balance many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, persistence and dependability
  • Ability to share lessons learned and best practices
  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
