The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution and management of all paid media campaigns. The PMS supports national advertising campaigns, with a focus on driving brand awareness and conversions. This individual will have knowledge in the media landscape specifically across paid TV, OTT, audio, social, video, display, PPC, retargeting and OOH. In this role, this individual supports the VP of Marketing from strategy conception to execution and reporting, and works collaboratively with our media agency(s), internal Marketing Analytics Manager for performance analysis and optimization, and cross-functional team to deliver against the goal for the advertising campaigns and report on performance to internal stakeholders. 

The ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of experience setting up campaigns according to client objectives and strategic direction, plus managing and optimizing paid media campaigns based on performance. This experience can be client-side, or agency-side.

Responsibilities

• Manages the development and communication of paid media plans for assigned lines of business in support of business owner needs and CoinFlip’s strategic business plan across all paid media channels
• Contributes to strategy development with the VP of Marketing, Marketing Analytics Manager and Product Managers
• Manages execution of paid social campaigns across all social ad platforms inclusive of Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Shepherds the creative development process for all channel deliverables, including updates to all the project plans and creatives
• Manages relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners (vendors, strategic partners, and agencies) from concept through delivery, including management of weekly, bi-weekly and quarterly reports/recaps, ROI and brand lift analysis, competitive analysis and paid media recommendations
• Evaluates partnership opportunities and proposals for strategic relevance and business need.
• Builds out UTM creation & implementation for all paid media campaigns
• Accountable for tracking the paid media and branded content budgets and all associated components (monthly billing, reconciling and forecasting).Manage the advertising generic email box

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in campaign management, paid strategy, and analytics, especially with Google Ads, programmatic, and paid social media
• Experience and demonstrated success working with marketing vendor relationships across various channels
• 2+ years experience managing large campaigns and advertising budgets
• Proficient in the Google/Bing, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat & Twitter ad managers.
• Certified in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
• Ability to implement tags and scripts and set up event tracking within Google Tag Manager
• Experience with A/B and other testing modalities
• Ability to effectively plan and execute marketing programs, adhere to and meet deadlines; demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
• Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing or relevant field preferred
