Spark Hire is looking for a B2B marketer to help drive the growth of our partner program as a Partner Marketing Specialist. This newly created role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build a successful partner marketing practice within a growing partner ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with the marketing and partnership teams to create and deliver demand generation and partner enablement programs designed to to generate revenue, maximize partnership acquisition and engagement, and acquire customers. The ideal candidate is a ‘doer’ who can think strategically and act tactically, loves a challenge, and is passionate about tech and B2B marketing.
What you'll do
Partner Marketing Strategy
Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Partnerships teams to design, develop, and execute marketing strategies and plans in support of our shared goals
Co-Marketing Campaign Creation & Management
Develop, implement, and optimize impactful co-marketing programs, including email, webinars, social media, public relations, etc.
Work closely with the Partnerships team to develop and execute compelling acquisition and nurture campaigns, partner communications, program collateral, etc.
Craft training, tools, content, and other resources to enable our partners to effectively promote and market Spark Hire, drive pipeline and generate revenue.
Analysis & Insights
Create and deliver analysis to measure marketing effectiveness; continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth
What we're looking for
- 2+ years experience in partner or affiliate marketing, or similar role
- SaaS, B2B marketing experience
- Proven ability to define and execute integrated campaigns, and track and evaluate results
- Hands-on experience with current marketing automation (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo), lead generation and other marketing tools and technologies
- Desire to collaborate and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Excellent communication and stellar interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Unrelenting curiosity, initiative, and resourcefulness
