As a product marketer for Box Sign, you're responsible for developing positioning, messaging, and integrated go-to-market plans to drive awareness and industry business growth, and have fun while doing so!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and drive the overall go-to-market plan for Box Sign capabilities including product launches, pricing/packaging, positioning/messaging and field enablement
Manage and execute the launch of new features and related products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the product launch plan
Act as the subject matter expert for the Box Sign product - in the web application, APIs, as well as 3rd party integrations
Actively partner with the Box Sign product team and influence the product roadmap based on customer insight, market research, customer adoption, and market awareness
Develop compelling, differentiated messaging, with a clear understanding of the target customer/audience, competition and the use cases we are able to address
Develop content for external marketing channels (blog posts, presentations, 1-pagers, e-books, thought leadership) as well as for GTM team enablement (outbound plays, battle cards, pitch decks, webpages, call scripts, email templates)
Engage directly with prospects and customers to learn about their e-signature needs and educate them about Box Sign and other Content Cloud capabilities
Contribute to analyst briefings, evaluations and reports to establish Box Sign and the Box Content Cloud as market leaders
Most importantly, you will be an evangelist and cross-functional leader who unites marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to drive business results for Box Sign
WHO YOU ARE
4+ years in SaaS product marketing, including experience in the B2B e-signature space
Strong understanding of an enterprise sales cycle, user and buyer persona needs, and what sellers need to be successful
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action
Proven track record of a “test and learn approach” to decision-making, including being comfortable iterating based on data
Cross-functional collaborator and ability to influence key stakeholders
Strong business acumen with an understanding of what keeps executives up at night
