What does a work environment look like at Vouch?
Vouch has a 3-HQ model: Office-Based, Office-Linked, and Remote-First. This role is Remote-First, which means that team members can work from anywhere in the U.S. so long as they can work during Vouch core collaboration hours (9 am-3 pm PT Mon-Fri).
Role Responsibilities:
As the first Product Marketing Manager on the team, you’ll have the opportunity to help drive our strategy and own projects end-to-end. You’ll be an expert on our target audiences, products, and competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to create assets that differentiate our products in the market. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring our clients’ lifecycle and elevating their experiences to improve retention and growth. This is a very cross-functional role - you’ll be collaborating with marketers, product managers, salespeople, designers, underwriters, etc to deliver great client experiences at every touchpoint.
Job Duties:
- Develop robust knowledge of Vouch’s target audiences and products.
- Work closely with our product team to educate both internal and external audiences on our product features.
- Enable our sales and partnerships teams with content that demonstrates the power and differentiation of our products.
- Monitor and optimize the client journey to increase product adoption and client retention.
- Launch and maintain a client testimonial and advocacy program.
- Help shape the product narrative and positioning across product and marketing channels.
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market campaigns for new products and features, owning the channel mix, creative elements, and performance.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Skilled storyteller with a customer-centric approach to Marketing.
- Proven track record of bringing products to market in an impactful way.
- Analytical thinker who uses data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Great at building trust across many cross-functional teams.
- Can work autonomously and focus on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Nice to have:
