The Product Marketing team is tasked with driving adoption of TransUnion’s global solution by using strong, scalable go-to-market tactics that solidify our position as thought leader, innovator, and trusted partner. Sitting at the intersection of product management, marketing, training and sales, our Product Marketing team is highly collaborative, both cross-functionally and within our own team. What you’ll bring to our team:
Expertise in product marketing, including product marketing experience in B2B software or SaaS platformsfinancial services or risk information industries
Demonstrated experience and success in developing high-performing sales engagement/ enablement content and programs to ensure salesforce effectiveness of product positioning against customer business issues
Exceptional and creative content writing skills across various forms
Proven track record in executing successful go-to-market programs, including product launch and positioning activities that drive significant revenue growth
Excellent communication and public speaking skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
Strong project management, attention to detail and bias towards execution
Experience with agile environments and a “get-it-done” attitude
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% (primarily US-based)
Impact You'll Make
The Product Marketing Manager will support the expansion of TransUnion’s horizontal solution capabilities of "specialized risk" products (i.e., non-credit, public record and alternative data) into new and existing markets through development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, competitive analysis, marketing collateral, sales tools, and ideas and/or content to support demand generation campaigns. As a product marketer, you will work closely with product management, market strategy and planning, sales and corporate marketing functions, as well as external customers and industry groups, to successfully promote specialized risk products for success. This product marketing position will have an emphasis in and responsibility for content creation across various communication channels, working closely with SRG marketing services teams, as well as emphasis in developing creative sales engagement programs. Your impact to the success of the team will include the following:
Act as a primary consultant on all SRG specialized risk product marketing matters
Maintain how our core global position/brand for SRG specialized risk products is leveraged within the USIS business and to the market
Establish go-to-market strategy for applicable new product launches and initiatives
Manage cross-functional execution and oversight of go-to-market programs
Develop successful go-to-market programs to ensure organizational readiness to sell and achieve product revenue objectives, with an emphasis in sales engagement tool and strategy development (in collaboration with Sales Operations / Enablement teams)
Evaluate and prioritize vertical segments for focused marketing efforts, and develop value propositions and product messaging for go-to-market activities
Develop relevant and tailored content for customer presentations, sales training, product sheets, case studies, demonstrations and blogs
Share expertise and best practices for marketing communications, plans, promotional materials and strategies to meet product revenue objectives
Track key performance indicators to monitor and enhance product marketing effectiveness
