Product Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own GTM plans for new product launches. You will need to be process-driven to successfully project manage all aspects of GTM strategy and have experience writing product marketing briefs. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with tactical execution and create product marketing content (positioning, messaging and benefits) that position Jellyvision in the benefits technology space. You'll be asked to communicate with internal stakeholders, perform competitive analysis, and regularly work with our marketing, sales, and product teams. This person will play a critical role in developing and managing our go-to-market strategies, including direction of our website and other crucial assets.
What You’ll Do
- Bringing new products to market. Own the process of partnering with Product to effectively create Product Marketing briefs to be shared across the organization.
- Understand our audiences. Extract key capabilities, differentiators, benefits and use cases to create content that clearly communicates features and benefits based on customer personas.
- Message creation and iteration. Develop optimized product positioning and messaging for specific markets and audiences and iterate on those messages.
- Collaborate closely across teams. Work closely with Customer Insights to understand data that supports audience needs by segment, develop product use cases and messaging for each segment, and collaborate with product on the job the product does for our buyer.
Experience & skills you’ll need
- 5+ years experience in product marketing, GTM planning, and/or product management
- Highly organized and process driven. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple projects and clearly communicating milestones across teams.
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. You are comfortable presenting to large groups and keep their attention.
- You have the ability to extract meaning from data and use findings to tell a cohesive, easily understood story.
