We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to be our first dedicated marketer in the LATAM market. This person will help shape our local marketing strategy and acquisition and branding efforts, while working closely with our global marketing team.

What your day could consist of

  • Continuously define and shape the overall LATAM marketing strategy aligned with global marketing goals
  • Drive LATAM lead generation: accelerating web-traffic, trials and leads in the LATAM region
  • Engage, support and integrate LATAM marketing with key HQ marketing initiatives; content creation, PR, events, sales-enablement, branding, and localization
  • Manage and scope marketing budgets and ad-spend to execute on LATAM marketing tactics to meet targets
  • Provide reports and insights on programs, activations and campaign performance in LATAM to marketing organization, leadership and the wider business
  • Manage the region’s vendor relationships across external consultants, partners, agencies and other external partners
  • Foster sales/success pipeline by coordinating and collaborating with regional sales, success and channel managers
  • Work closely with other regional marketing managers across the org to ensure alignment, idea sharing and thought leadership
  • Determine the regional marketing team’s growth needs. 

What is needed:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in either demand generation, content marketing, social media, marketing/field events, or digital marketing; SaaS experience is a plus
  • Deep experience working in and with both Spanish-speaking Latin America & Brazil
  • Expertise of running and/or sponsoring events
  • Ability to work independently and cross functionally with sales, success and support teams
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish
  • Firm grasp of SEO best practices for writing digital content
  • Experience designing and executing marketing plans with sales teams that produce impactful revenue results
  • An established track record in creating successful marketing content from start to finish
