About the Role
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for overseeing a set of the business’s affiliate partnerships, ensuring they run smoothly and remain profitable for all parties. Responsibilities include:
- Develop strong relationships with existing affiliate partners and form a deep understanding of their businesses, maintaining close lines of communication with each
- Understand, define and track affiliate partners’ goals + initiatives
- Use a data-driven approach to make business decisions that drive cost effective growth
- Constantly identify and execute on new opportunities to grow our partnerships and increase revenue by leveraging data, trends and market insights
- Monitor and evaluate performance and KPI’s daily, managing up issues or opportunities
- Prepare analysis on partner performance along with recommendations to action and execute on
- Understand and drive optimizations for affiliate partners’ conversion funnels
- Project and track affiliate partner spend
- Responsible for troubleshooting delivery, tracking and performance issues with relevant internal parties
- Travel to industry conferences to meet with existing and potential partners in person (roughly once per quarter)
What We Look For
- 2+ years in affiliate management, digital marketing, analytics, or related fields
- Experience working within the FinTech industry strongly preferred
- A self-motivated individual who takes full accountability and ownership of their work
- Autonomous and proactive. You don’t need follow-ups, you’re the one doing them! You also know how to remove roadblocks and ensure tasks are managed and completed on time.
- Extremely organized. You’re used to wearing many different hats and juggling a diverse set of tasks.
- You’re all about the details. You cross your Ts, dot your Is, and take pride in delivering quality outputs.
- You love numbers and have the ability to extract valuable insight from data.
- Master of communication, verbal and written. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and you know how to communicate effectively through email to manage the daily dynamics of our affiliate partnerships
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Powerpoint and Excel skills, including pivot tables, chart marking, and manipulation of large data sets
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
