What is a Sales Operation Coordinator?
We are looking for a Sales Operation Coordinator to own the cross functional tasks involved with onboarding new partners within our distribution channels. This role will be responsible for ensuring operational execution and process management within our distribution channels, onboarding new partnerships, and will manage operations for our existing partners. This individual will collaborate with members of the Growth team, as well as other teams within Clearcover to meet partner launch targets and ensure cross functional work is being fulfilled correctly. This role works across a wide range of systems from Clearcover and third parties.
What will you do as a Sales Operation Coordinator?
Help the Growth team grow our channels and unlock more opportunity by:
- Managing our CRM onboarding funnel for new partners, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all tasks needed for launch. Be the SME on pre and post launch requirements for onboarding and appointing agencies within our two agency partner distribution channels
- Monitor and address any potential issues or dependencies around specific agency partners as well as the processes involved to track our onboarding progress
- Fulfill any growth team requests for our current agency partners, such as general account updates, new state opportunities, and updates in our Clearcover agency portal
- Collaborate with our licensing team on agency appointment requests and relay any compliance updates through to growth team stakeholders
- Contribute to reporting capabilities around our onboarding funnel and identify areas of improvement or simplification as we scale
- Handle cross functional coordination between Clearcover growth and product teams for larger partner API integration efforts
- Become familiar with our agency partner channel success metrics, be comfortable analyzing data and trends in order to present possible action items to improve KPIs
- Serve as a support resource on recurring partner relationship calls

- You’re comfortable working with external partners and bring a polished and professional manner to partnership calls
- Proficient in MS Office products, Google Suite, Slack, CRM products, and ticket management systems.
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience in a startup environment
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience in an Operations role
