We are looking to scale up our marketing operation with a leader who can run, execute and own our SEM and social strategy. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to have a major impact on a fast growing business, own a significant budget, build out a team and help us expand into new verticals.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Develop, own and execute strategy for paid search (Google, Bing) and social (Facebook) marketing channels
- Manage day-to-day PPC accounts and coordinate with operations teams to hit or exceed volume and efficiency goals
- Build out and execute extensive bid model, ad copy and landing page A/B test programs
- Identify new opportunities and partner with senior leaders in operations and technology to boost monetization and conversion rates
- Analyze large data-sets and provide actionable recommendations on PPC and consumer behavior trends
Qualifications
- At least 4+ years in a top tier online marketing function or agency
- Ideally, candidate has hired teams and managed direct reports
- Experience and responsibility managing PPC accounts with spend >$5MM/year
- Highly analytical with extensive experience analyzing large data sets
- Used to fast paced environment, with a strong bias to action and impact
- Curious mind, always looking to test and learn and "Find a Better Way"
- Team player, who enjoys engaging with different functions (e.g., operations, technology)
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative subject strongly preferred
