Overview of role:
TransUnion is seeking a motivated Reporting Analyst to drive our marketing reporting efforts! You will have an opportunity to work with teams across the Marketing Department to understand and fulfill their reporting/analysis needs. You will optimize budget and programs through disciplined analysis for the best possible return on marketing investment. You will also collaborate with creative and media building an effective media strategy.
Team Focus:
TransUnion Consumer Interactive creates web-based financial products that help consumers manage their credit, identity and money. Our product suite includes TransUnion Credit Monitoring and ID Theft Protection—products that help our customers monitor critical changes in their credit by assisting them with debt analysis, identity theft protection features, and money management tools. What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or similar field
- Good understanding of utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Spotfire, Hotjar to analyze web user behavior
- Ability to distill large quantities of information into clear and concise insights, formulating actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, experience with subscription products
- Talent to identify and address business measurement needs and KPIs
- Ability to effectively communicate analysis to non-technical and non-analytical audiences, both in oral and written presentations.
- Able to work cross functionally and build collaborative relationships across teams.
- Extensive attention to detail and accuracy of data/analysis
- Able to work well under pressure, flexible, adaptable, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Solid quantitative and research skills and proven data interpretation capabilities
Impact you’ll make:
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports and analyses on KPIs while using a variety of data sources to support business objectives and optimization opportunities (website activity, campaign metrics, multi-touch attribution...)
- Create compelling dashboard based on various self-serve analytics tools.
- Present findings and actionable insights with extensive attention to data and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain and disseminate web analytics best practices across internal teams and acting as a point person for web analytics data and analysis
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends and tools for on-going improvements
- Analyze and solve day-to-day challenges with data and analytics/reporting systems
