The Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing will be responsible for the growth and execution of our influencer marketing strategy as a standalone advertising channel and as a content generation engine for the organization. As part of the larger paid media team, the primary function of this role will be to drive new customer acquisition efficiently and at a scale. This person will manage a team of two, along with agency partners and will also work cross-functionally with creative, brand, and retention teams to fully leverage influencer partnerships and assets for a variety of marketing initiatives. 

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Responsibility Area:
• Oversee and manage always-on influencer program strategy including budget, key partner identification, campaign workflow and creative guidelines
• Manage monthly campaign budget allocation to reach specific acquisition goals at an efficient CPA
• Evaluate influencer marketing landscape and determine ideal partners based on a variety of metrics and our brand goals 
• Optimize internal processes to continue to scale program and increase efficiency of content and team time
• Ensure influencers deliver engaging content by defining specific deliverables and negotiating content usage right across key paid media channels 
• Responsibility Area:
• Work cross functionally to integrate influencer programming into broader marketing campaigns
• Work with the brand team to align influencer messaging and programming with broader message priorities to support new product launches, promo testing, retail campaigns etc. 
• Provide perspective and guidance on potential celebrity/spokesperson partnerships 
• Responsibility Area:
• Report on new customer acquisition goals, click activity and other KPI’s
• Candidate will be responsible for reporting out to the organization on the performance of campaigns and using that data to inform new influencer partnerships
• Responsibility Area:
• Manage and develop Influencer marketing team including two associates 
• Manage performance and develop skill set of team 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint 
• 5 years of Influencer marketing and/or digital marketing experience
