Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Equity: As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will help propel one of the strongest brand identities in CPG today. Reporting into the Masterbrand Team, your job is to steward the brand for the long-term while creating impactful breakthrough campaigns for today. You’ll be a lynchpin for the team - helping to create integrated campaigns across multiple disciplines and channels. Your strategic thinking skills are just as important as your creative and collaborative ones. You are obsessed with brand identity and with doing things differently and better. 

General Functions + Responsibilities:

Objectives-

  1. Manage RX campaign development to drive awareness and cult affinity
  2. Serve as the brand steward - steering and developing the brand for consistent and breakthrough execution
  3. Lead integrated marketing engagement planning across campaigns and channels
  4. Oversee brand partnership strategy and execution to enhance RX reputation

Campaign Development and Deployment-

  • Partner directly with advertising agency on breakthrough creative development
  • Partner with media team to construct creative and effective media
  • Identify the brand ‘Big Idea’ and product line related messaging

Integrated Marketing Engagement Planning-

  • Lead all aspects of RX Integrated Marketing Communications planning and execution
  • Inspire and lead internal brand building team to develop breakthrough strategic and tactical brand plans
  • Liaise with channel leads, media leads and social media on brand plans and execution
  • Lead Marketing Partnerships Manager on execution and strategy of brand partnerships
  • Lead cross functional team in defining support plans across all elements of marketing
  • Create impactful Go-to-Market plans for all new product lines and products

Brand Steward-

  • Cultivate RX messaging and brand perception
  • Partner with design team on capturing visual brand essence
  • Serve as the brand guardian, continually elevating and reinforcing RX brand standards

Skills & Requirements

  • Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • 5-8 years’ experience in Brand Management or Advertising Agency with experience in developing and driving communications plans and agency management
  • Strong brand strategist and creative thinker and doer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Developed eye for strategic creative able to break through the noise
  • Compliments critical thinking skills with a well-developed marketing and brand “gut”
  • Creative thinker and problem solver - draws powerful connections to develop innovative marketing ideas and inspires creativity within the team
  • Sees great value in and energized by working as a team
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit – willing to wear roll up your sleeves, take calculated risks and always acts with a healthy sense of urgency
