Senior Paid Media Specialist
Bounteous is seeking a creative, results-oriented individual to join our global Marketing Operations Team as our in-house Paid Media Manager, focusing exclusively on accelerating Bounteous’ growth. Bounteous Marketing Operations is a new and evolving cross-functional team within Bounteous with a simple mission - to scale our capabilities and to streamline execution while making it easier for new clients to engage with us throughout their buyer’s journey.
The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and manage all paid media activities in a very hands-on role. You’ll have experience developing and launching strategies that acquire customers, generate revenue, and create awareness for our brand and around our offerings. Your creative approach and strong project management skills and your ability to work effectively in a fast-growing environment will be instrumental to our growth.
Responsibilities
- Be a hands-on manager of paid campaigns, including managing accounts, creating campaigns, optimizing assets, targeting, and delivering performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams for campaign assets - including ad copy, images, video, content, and landing pages.
- Lead media strategy and execution across Search, Display, Content Syndication & Social campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day execution including campaign setup, tag management, trafficking, targeting selections and approvals, in-market tests and optimizations.
- Share campaign performance, make recommendations for campaign improvements, and share key findings across the marketing organization.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities are tagged and tracked appropriately
- Collaborate with the marketing operations team on results reporting and campaign optimization.
- Develop and implement A/B tests, including but not limited to audience tests, ad copy, calls to action, and landing pages.
- Directly responsible for tactics and results from lead generation and marketing campaigns
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience working across media platforms inclusive of Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and programmatic.
- Experience with establishing relationships with publications in order to develop content syndication strategy and drive execution.
- Clear understanding of how media channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing experience.
- Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and drive to exceed expectations.
- A team collaborator who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and a strategic problem-solver who can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals.
