We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager
As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll drive product vision and direction for our user data infrastructure as well as our Candidate Recommendation Engine.
How you’ll contribute
- Data Infrastructure and Tools
- Provide vision in mapping business questions to data driven products
- Build relationships with customer success, data engineering and user experience teams to understand gaps with existing products and services in data infrastructure
- Develop product metrics to foster a culture of data driven decision making
- Candidate Recommendation Engine
- Drive product vision, execution and rollout of user onboarding and activation
- Drive product vision, execution and rollout for a new tool we are developing that connects candidates to companies, based on the things that matter most to them.
What you need
- 5+ years of total product management experience
- 2+ years of product management experience within a consumer company, preferably with marketplace experience.
- Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies and design
- Experience presenting to and working with senior leaders
