Ensono is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic and creative vision for the future of Ensono’s global brand and Marketing engine. This person will be a growth driver and inspire great outcomes, playing a vital role as we climb toward one billion dollars in revenue and continue to scale globally. The SVP will collaborate with our Executive Leadership Team to influence thought and action and report to our President. She or he will shape go-to-market strategy, partner closely with sales to advance new business for North America and Europe as well as with the Center of Excellence specialists who drive best practices in brand, content, and influencer relations across regions.
 

Job Description
The SVP of Marketing will create a respected, market leading brand for Ensono that reflects our culture
and values and accelerates our next phase of growth. This person will shape Marketing to be the
heartbeat of the organization reaching and connecting with all areas of our business. The SVP is
innovative, a creative at their core, a storyteller and thought leader. Exciting and delighting clients and
acting as their champion will be vital in our success.
This person will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Ensono’s
marketing strategy at scale. This is a key leader who will help drive growth and success through go-tomarket
planning and execution as well as activating and expanding Ensono’s brand in the market. This
includes execution of all global digital demand and lead generation campaigns as well as the digital and
operational execution of regionally specific lead generation campaigns. The SVP of Marketing’s success
is based on marketing qualified leads against targeted accounts and progression of those leads to sales
qualified opportunities both locally and globally. This person will have an in depth understanding of our
business and prospects through ensono.com, organic search, paid media, social content, content
syndication, etc. engages our clients, prospects, and stakeholders. The SVP has a strong operational
orientation as well and understands the role of data and analytics in a successful marketing strategy.
In this role, you will:
• Lead Ensono’s global Marketing team
• Drive the global go-to-market planning and execution in addition to brand strategy, further
strengthening Ensono's market relevance and recognition, and accelerating revenue growth
• Provide executive leadership for all product messaging, value propositions, competitive analysis
and positioning, product launch management, pricing, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and
customer insights to inform strategic campaigns that help drive customer acquisition, retention,
and expansion.
• Act as a data driven leader setting and providing ongoing reporting of KPI’s, metrics and ROI,
translating this data to actionable insights, and iterating as needed
• Design and drive comprehensive demand generation strategies integrating and leveraging
tactics and tools including search engine marketing, email, webinars, events and social media
• Provide best practices and execution of regionally – driven account-based lead generation
programs
• Develop ensono.com as the hardest working sales person in the company
• Hold accountability and management of our marketing budgets
