Could this be you?

The SVP of Market Growth is responsible for developing relationships with Field Marketing Agencies (FMO) and sales executives at health plans. This individual will lead the effort for growth of VillageMD’s Medicare patient base. In this role you’ll work in close collaboration with our executive leadership team to create growth plans and execute on expansion of our patient base during Annual Enrollment, Open Enrollment and Special Election Period for Medicare Advantage Plans. As a SME, you’ll educate the broker community on the value proposition of Village Medical, our employed medical group, to the patient community across multiple states and markets.

  • Build and manage FMO, agency, and broker relationships at a national level and locally across existing and new markets
  • Be a leader in the development of grassroots efforts for the growth of Village Medical and VillageMD
  • Identify and test new and innovative growth opportunities and share learnings across the broader market teams
  • Focus on providing exceptional service to our FMO and health plan partners while consistently exceeding goals
  • Provide local competitive intelligence and market research as a subject matter expert
  • Be the voice of the brokerage community within Village Medical

Experience to drive change

  • Excellent sales and communication skills — you will be the face of Village Medical in the market and must build and maintain excellent relationships with local distribution partners
  • Proactive, strategic, and ready to roll up your sleeves to make an immediate impact
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a combination of hustle, creativity, and intellect
  • Passionately committed to providing great service and going above and beyond to deliver great experiences to our brokers and their clients
  • An independent self-starter comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree and a proven ability to drive revenue growth, with 10+ years of experience in sales roles
  • Excellent presentation and technical demonstration skills
  • Humility, maturity, and lack of ego
  • Data-driven, with a point of view and an open mind
