UK Content and Marketing Coordinator
In the span of five years, Reverb has become the largest music instrument website in the world, transforming the way musicians buy and sell gear. Now we're growing our team in the UK. We're looking for a genuine music-gear obsessive marketer to act as our UK Content and Marketing Coordinator.
In this role you will be in charge of building and animating our UK community of musicians. This involves creating relevant and inspiring content while also developing and executing our email, social media and digital marketing initiatives. You should have experience using Reverb and have a deep understanding of both gear and music culture. This role requires vision and the ability to quickly make informed decisions. You should be comfortable with the ambiguity, excitement and rewards that come with building a new business.
This is a full time, remote position with the option to work out of our offices in Amsterdam.
Responsibilities:
- Own the development of Reverb’s UK content strategy and calendar.
- Source, edit and publish relevant and inspiring written and video content (music gear, gear stories, interviews).
- Identify, develop and execute partnerships with key influencers.
- Create, publish and analyze Reverb’s UK email campaigns.
- Manage Reverb’s UK social media networks in collaboration with a US community manager.
- Manage the UK homepage of Reverb.com, ensuring the most relevant content is seen.
- Track and report on key results.
Requirements:
- 3 years university degree in marketing/communication or journalism preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in copywriting, content development and/or marketing.
- Passion for and knowledge of musical gear.
- Understanding of SEO tools and techniques.
- Experience with social networks and emailing tools.
- Strong leadership, ability to multitask and manage a heavy schedule.
