Vice President, Field and Experiential Marketing: The VP of Field and Experiential Marketing will be responsible for all aspects of the live RX experience and for activating the field team to drive both the business and the brand. RX was born in the field and there is a huge opportunity to optimize and ignite the RX presence. This person will oversee strategy and execution for an active Field Marketing team expanding to markets nationwide as well as all national, trade and consumer-focused events to build the RX cult, propel the brand’s cachet and increase sales. This person should have a passion for field and experiential marketing and a thirst for making all experiences - big or small a representation of the brand’s DNA.

This role will report into the Chief Marketing Officer and will partner cross-functionally with the Brand Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Supply Chain teams on all events. You will create and execute a vision and strategy for field team, national and local events.

Field Marketing and Experiential Marketing

  • Lead national field marketing program; creating experiences to partner on sales goals and ignite the brand and product lines across markets nationwide
  • Build brand awareness and loyalty through one-to-one connections
  • Oversee bespoke and consumer-focused events bringing to life 360 experiences including brand partner and social/digital/PR/media amplification
  • Oversee event creative to live up to RX design standards; cut through the clutter to build a brand
  • Ensure flawless execution of all events
  • Partner closely with Director of Communications, Director of Masterbrand, Sales and other functions on collaborative planning
  • Establish event KPIs to measure effectiveness and extract key learnings from efforts
  • Challenge the status quo on all event activation and processes
  • Lead and accurately manage Field and Experiential budget

Trade Events

  • Oversee strategy and execution of trade-focused events to foster sales relationships and gain distribution at key trade events throughout the year

Leadership

  • Lead and develop a large Field Marketing team as well as a National Events team
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners (Communications, Masterbrand, Sales, etc.) to execute and collaborate with ease and efficiency
  • Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience including leading a multi-divisional field team; experiential marketing experience
  • Expertise in latest trends in consumer, field and experiential marketing
  • Strong leader with a track-record of impeccable execution, excellent communication and collaborative partnership
  • Self-starter who is extremely result and detail-oriented
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful
  • Headquartered in Chicago, but frequent travel to events 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience specific to Field and Experiential Marketing
  • Expertise in latest trends in consumer and experiential marketing
  • Strong leader with a track-record of impeccable execution, excellent communication and collaborative partnership
  • Self-starter who is extremely result and detail-oriented
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful
  • Headquartered in Chicago, but frequent travel to events
