POSITION OVERVIEW

The Accounts Receivable & Operations Specialist will report to the VP of Finance & Strategy and serve as the “go-to” individual in the organization for all accounts receivables inquiries. Primary responsibilities will include maintaining and administering A/R records and files, processing customer payments, preparing financial reports, and facilitating collections, though other needs may come up from time to time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting and welcoming guests, clients, and employees to the office and creating a positive first impression of the company
  • Handle all front desk operations including but not limited to answering incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client gifts and swag
  • Responsible for booking all flights and accommodations for employee travel
  • Own all office administration including managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance and repairs, and organizing office events
  • Assisting with supporting the onboarding process for new hires including preparing workspaces, providing orientation information, and assisting with administrative tasks related to new employee setup
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution and tracking of items to the appropriate recipients
  • Keep the office area tidy and organized, managing common areas, and ensuring a comfortable and functional work environment for employees and visitors
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and collaborate with team members to support office operations and ensure a positive workplace environment.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Superb time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and apply new skills on an ongoing basis
  • Knowledge of basic office management practices, including inventory control, scheduling, and event planning.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Proficiency in handling office operations, managing front desk responsibilities, and providing administrative support

COMPENSATION

RealtyAds’ base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of RealtyAds’ total compensation package which will include variable compensation, top-notch medical and dental coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.
