Operations and Service Delivery Manager

An exciting and rare opportunity to operate the Trustwave SpiderLabs team assisting with Operational and delivery management tasks. The SpiderLabs team at Trustwave has over 150 experts globally and are world renowned for their Security Testing, Incident Response and technical security Research.

The role includes management of high-profile clients, potentially on a global scale and administrative efforts to support our teams logistical and operational functions. There is a huge opportunity for this role to develop in a number of directions based on the success and direction of travel of the candidate.

The candidate will be expected to work effectively and collaboratively with the North America Regional Director and Practice Lead to execute on assignments as directed by the Worldwide VP of SpiderLabs at Trustwave.

The ideal candidate will be incredibly organized and happy to work in a highly skilled utility role, being capable of performing supporting administrative tasks, project management and client account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting key accounts by providing logistical and operational support.
• Administrative tasks ranging from complex data handling to data processing.
• Operational support to the NA team, work and job assignment to a highly skilled team.
• Project management for ad hoc internal projects.
• Utility support for VP, Director and Practice lead in North America
• Documentation of processes

Requirements:

• Working within tight deadlines to ensure testing is completed on time.
• Monitoring of work queues to ensure all work is completed and running smoothly.
• Scheduling of jobs and support for consultants traveling on-site
• Regular contact and hand-holding with larger clients.
• Project management of key internal initiatives.
• Occasional internal event management.

• Prior experience with security testing within a consultancy business
