The Team
As a member of the Operational Excellence team, you'll help make sure the entire Arity team is enabled and empowered to get things done! It's our job to ensure Arity is an industry leader both in terms of the products we offer, and by the way in which we deliver and deploy them to our customers. We are one-part business - for example, contracting with customers and suppliers, and one-part risk managers - tackling tough issues like data security and privacy. Our top candidate embraces ambiguity and change. The Role

The Operational Excellence Manager develops and oversees strategies to manage risk and compliance throughout Arity. The role is responsible for leading and managing complex projects and working with key stakeholders throughout the organization to achieve risk and compliance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Leads projects to drive forward the development and execution of Arity's risk management strategies across a broad portfolio of risks (Product, Cybersecurity, Data, Privacy, Model, Business Continuity, Supplier, etc.).
- Responsible for leading and deploying new initiatives and executing on complex operational processes.
- Partners with Corporate Risk Management teams to ensure alignment with Arity's business and use of common tools and methodologies.
- Drive transparency and visibility into areas of opportunity, and proactively develops and implements solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Influences stakeholders across multiple levels, using a risk & return mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in a field such as general management, finance, and/or accounting
- 7+ years of related experience
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical aptitude with an emphasis on investigative, methodical critical questioning and logical thinking; a data-driven decision maker
- Advanced experience in time and task management
- Coaching and listening skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Data management, quality assurance, and data flow skills
- Experience influencing with leaders at multiple levels of the organization
