What You'll Bring
Strong Computer literacy, with expertise in the MS Office Suite.
Outstanding attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
Proven ability to work on multiple concurrent projects, and manage conflicting priorities.
A customer-driven mind-set with proven interpersonal and relationship building skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong business sense, and will be comfortable working with TransUnion’s most critical clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A strong sense of urgency.
Previous experience working with a CRM tool (SalesForce, etc.)
We’d Love to See:
Direct experience with Client Security Assessment and/or client audit fulfillment.
Previous experience in a customer facing role (sales support, operations support, etc.)
Previous experience in IT/Financial Services/Information Security is a plus.
Previous experience in an administrative role would be an asset.
Impact You'll Make
Monitor, track and respond to all client InfoSec-related inquiries and requests.
Lead on-site audits, including room scheduling, Subject Matter Expert (SME) coordination, physical tour coordination, evidence gathering, post-audit findings and follow-up.
Maintain an enterprise-wide SME list.
Act as the point-contact for InfoSec and client matter handing.
