The Role

As the Business Operations Manager within Expert operations, you will be responsible for managing all the day to day processes, communications and reporting as it relates to our network of experts. You will take on special projects as needed and work cross-functionally to continually drive operational excellence that results in higher retention and satisfaction among our network of Paro’s experts while meeting our strategic company goals.

• You understand general business needs of working within a two sided marketplace 
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and will use creative approaches to get the job done
• You have, high level of technical proficiency, capable of building positive and collaborative working relationships with all colleagues
• A strong communicator internally and externally (verbal and written)
• Technically proficient - ability to learn multiple software platforms 
• Solution-driven and excel at solving problems, particularly in team settings
• You aspire to learn, grow and succeed in accounting and operations
• You are excited to add to the culture and change the trajectory of our growth by being your awesome self
• You have previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role
• You have good knowledge of operations management, experience with forecasting models, databases and project management software
• You have the ability to interpret data and take action based on it
