ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated business relationship manager to join the
Global Services Offer Management team to work with the NA sales and services teams, with a focus on our channel partners. This role will help drive the business growth and adoption of services across North America.
The successful candidate will work internally with stakeholders, and externally with partners and customers to define strategically aligned roadmaps. He/ she will: gather and prioritize regional requirements; define the offer requirements/deliverables and structure. Additionally, this individual will be working closely with Marketing, Service Delivery organizations, Sales, Legal and Finance along with their peers in offer management to ensure the successful release of our service products and their adoption in the defined region.
Job Description
The Business Relationship Manager will:
Develop a broad and deep understanding of the strategy and the portfolio based on customer needs, competitive and market analysis
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Gather and synthesize the requirements for updated/new offers to allow for their creation
Prioritize the development of the offers in line with stakeholder expectations and existing resource commitments across the global offer management function
Conduct business reviews with regional stakeholders highlighting progress with offer development, launch and adoption successes
Enable adoption and drive the success of offer launches with crisp and compelling go-to-market enablement materials
Address stakeholder issues/dissatisfaction in a timely and accurate manner
Prioritize customer satisfaction
Enable regional revenue growth
Drive commonality
Regional offer roadmap
Strategic presale support, post sale customer engagement
Preferred Entry Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, required.
MBA with a background in technology, preferred Areas of Study: Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering
Knowledge of our channel and channel partners
Proven ability to interface with Customers, Channel Partners, Senior Leaders, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Excellent analytical skills to transform market knowledge into actionable plans that produce results
Adept at project/portfolio management
Exceptional verbal, writing, and presentation skills
Preferred Years of Professional Experience:
5 + years of high tech product management / business relationship management required

- Bachelors Degree and 5 + years of product management or business relationship management experience required
