Job Description:
You will be interacting with all types of people in this role and often will be the first person to greet guests and entrepreneurs. This isn’t a position for you if you just want to be another cog in the corporate machine. We want a jack/jill-of-all-trades, someone with equal amounts diligence and hustle. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential. We need you to be everything - resourceful, a good problem solver, organized, and always taking initiative.
As part of a new, growing VC firm, you'll work directly with our leadership to play a hybrid office manager / executive assistant role. We anticipate you can grow along with our firm - and hope you will be able to keep up with us for years to come (or even push the pace…)

Responsibilities:
Human resources and benefits management, including health, payroll, PTO, etc.
Paperwork, forms, reporting, bill payment
Help M25 reach entrepreneurs and execute marketing strategies - tweeting, posting, sharing; blog / content scheduling and management; promote M25 through PR
Plan events and support interactions among our M25 community including portfolio companies and investors
Scheduling, calendar management, and travel planning for M25 team members
Manage hiring processes and internship programs
Manage office supplies and inventory
Various ad hoc projects
Requirements/Qualifications:
Strong writing and communication skills - ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the internal organization and with external partners
Excellent time management and organization skills
Experience with marketing / social media
Experience managing reporting and presenting to management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing, start-up environment
College degree not mandatory, but helpful
