Hello Client Experience Coordinator!

Have you been considering a career in Salesforce Administration, Account Management or Client Services? As a Client Experience Coordinator at Freeosk, you'll gain valuable experience with all three teams that could be the first stepping stone to a new career path!


What your day-to-day will consist of:

  • Become a Salesforce Super User and share your knowledge with AMs and CSMs
    • Assist users with issues and errors
    • Host user trainings to share tips and reinforce processes
    • Create ad hoc reports to answer user questions
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Management Team
    • Document client meeting details in Salesforce
    • Create new Salesforce records including Leads, Contacts and Opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services Team
    • Set up new programs in Basecamp and our Kiosk Management Console
    • Create scheduling forms and instructional manuals
    • Extract information from a retailer database in order to complete order recommendation forms

Your skills, background and experience include…

  • Tech savvy with an aptitude for learning new technology
  • Comfortable with Google Suite and Excel
  • Experience with Basecamp, Salesforce.com or other CRM system a plus

  • Good listener - you will be spending time in person and on the phone with the team hearing the details of their client meetings 
  • Detail-oriented - you’ll need to flawlessly enter details into our CRM system and into client-facing documents

  • Initiative - with guidance from Sales Ops, you are willing to use existing training modules to become a self-taught Salesforce super user
