The Projects Team at Buildout plays an important role in introducing new users to the system, through a thorough and engaging implementation process. We, as a team, strive to uphold the company's values by guiding our clients to have the best experience with the product possible.
The Projects Team is responsible for the direction, coordination and implementation of our onboarding/setup process. As a member of the team, you will work with our clients from their Buildout infancy to when they are comfortable working in the system and they are happy with what we have implemented for them. You should be driven to help customers and have the curiosity to dive deep into an ever-changing product to learn it inside and out. Providing a Buildout Quality customer experience requires patience, empathy, and the desire to continuously polish your skills and grow.
Requirements
- Experience with onboarding clients within a B2B SaaS organization
- Experience with onboarding projects that involve a data migration or import
- Strong business and technical acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to manage varied client requests
- Passionate about helping customers
Preferred
- Experience with JIRA and Google Suite
- Background in commercial real estate
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Responsible for onboarding Buildout’s clients
- Develop a deep understanding of Buildout’s platform to help guide clients during the setup process
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables to ensure client and team are on the same page
- Have regular calls and email communication with clients during their setup to teach them how to utilize the product and have both technical and design-focused discussions on how we can implement their branding or data into Buildout
- Collaborate with other departments on behalf of the customer in order to resolve issues and coordinate their various requests
- Monitor client progress during their setup to ensure project stays on track and assess go-live and graduations to Buildout Support or Success teams
- Occasionally work alongside our product team to QA new features
