How does this Position help VTS Succeed?


We are looking for a talented entry-level Client Success Partner to join our Client Success team. You will be working with all departments within our Client Success Organization to learn the product, the process, and move to a dedicated team after a 4 month time period.

  • Become a solutions expert: Learn the product inside and out while uncovering how each department completes the solution for our clients. 
  • Hands on training: You will spend 1-2 weeks with our 8 core departments being trained to step into a future open role. 
  • Opportunity: A chance to test the waters before deciding if your career path at VTS - Rise leads you to: Implementation, Account Management, Education, Engagement, Support, Operations, Integrations, or Hardware. 
  • Customer Advocacy: You will be the voice of the customer, the customer champion by viewing the product and department processes through the lens of our clients and offering feedback to drive product and process improvement to increase client satisfaction. 
  • Development: In addition to hands-on time with each department lead, you will get weekly check-ins with your supervisor to ensure you are getting the training, feedback, support, and development you need to move to the next level at the end of the program. 
  • Growth: This role is a 4 month role with the goal to promote our Client Success Partners who have proven an aptitude and passion for a specific role within Client Success into a specialist role of their chosen field. 

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Recent or soon to be recent college graduate
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills
  • Must be a quick learner and able to retail information on the go
  • Unflustered personality that can take on any challenge and/or change direction with grace, humor, professionalism, and tact. 
  • Effective multi-tasker, can prioritize and work effectively with little or no direct supervision. 
  • Detail oriented
  • Natural listener and problem solver with a passion for helping others
  • Able to complete tasks and solicit feedback
