Customer Experience Specialist (Chicago, IL)

Professional Services – Customer Experience Department, reporting to Customer Experience Manager
To support our growth, we are looking to recruit an engaging Customer Experience Specialist who will work closely with our clients to drive their success. You will be trained on our event app and will be a resident expert on our corresponding Content Management System, Backstage. You will be training and supporting our clients during their onboarding experience, and collaborate with them on projects in order to maximize our Services added value.
This is an entry level position.
Your responsibilities
- Work on a day-to-day basis with our Enterprise Customers, gaining a full understanding of their company environment and objectives
- Effectively utilize our CMS on a daily basis to deliver project to clients and key stakeholders
- Know our system inside out and consult our customers on how to successfully leverage its capabilities to reach their goals, recommending relevant functionalities, systems configurations and best practice
- Guide clients in their onboarding experience, train them during interactive webinar sessions and assist them for the implementation of their first project
- Collaborate on a daily basis with our Project Implementation team to capture customers requirements and expectations
- Collect customer experience feedback to drive new improvements to systems and processes
- Learn, define, and share best practices while supporting our customers – working as a strategic partner
Your qualifications
- Enthusiastic and passionate about mobile technology; can effectively communicate this feeling to people;
- Client-facing experience (support, sales). Experience with remote and/or foreign clients a plus;
- Team player, striving in a collaborative environment;
- Interest in mobile platforms and web publishing tools;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus;
- Top personal qualities include exuberance, empathy and curiosity;
- Professional in both communication and execution;
- Detail-oriented and perfectionist (a tribute to our Swiss heritage).
