Build & Lead Aclaimant's Marketing Team

We are looking for a creative and experienced marketing leader to accelerate lead generation at Aclaimant - a growth-stage SaaS company enabling the digital future of risk management and setting the standard for active risk management across the industry. Our comprehensive risk management platform empowers thousands of users to improve organizational behavior, create process efficiencies, and leverage the power of data and analytics to achieve better outcomes. The ultimate level of this role - Director or VP-level - will be determined by the candidate's experience.

The Director/VP of Marketing will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate heavily with the sales and product functions to 1) create and iterate Aclaimant's multi-channel marketing strategy; 2) define and evangelize our brand identity and voice internally and externally; and 3) drive revenue growth through lead generation from ROI-focused campaigns.

 

As our Marketing leader, you will:

  • Define and Drive Marketing Strategy. Actively define, prioritize and execute our marketing strategy, including selecting appropriate channels, timing, and resource/budget allocation. Establish key metrics/goals and run structured tests to measure and report marketing success. 

  • Building Brand Awareness. Refine and distinguish Aclaimant's position and voice in the insurtech market with creative strategies that increase sales funnel activity at a high and consistent velocity. Refine the company website, digital and physical collateral, tools, and messaging for the Aclaimant Knowledge Network.

  • Grow and Develop Team. Build and mentor a high-performance team which includes a lead generation/nurture associate and marketing coordinator. Refine team roles and responsibilities; monitor and provide direction and feedback on content development and performance metrics. Direct and oversee digital marketing agencies.

  • Collaborate. Develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Aclaimant's Sales and Product teams. This includes analysis of market opportunities, customer personas, customer journey, and product positioning. Leverage market analysis to continuously refine roadmap and to maintain pulse on market movement. 

  • Enhance Our Culture. Maintain a strong, cohesive and collaborative culture across our teams. Focus on continuous improvement of marketing planning and communication internally and externally. Promote diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization. 

Who you are:

  • An ROI-focused, creative influencer with 8-10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • Experience defining, driving, and managing a successful, high-performing marketing strategy.
  • Experience in a content-driven/thought leadership marketing environment.
  • Expertise with marketing tools and platforms (Hubspot preferred).
  • Experience with SEO, blogging, webinars, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, case studies, white papers conferences, and email marketing. 
  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • Experience in the insurance, risk management, and/or HR industry is a strong plus.
  • Ability to lead in a remote work environment and willing to occasionally travel to Chicago office (Chicago-based in a strong plus).
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as Aclaimant does not currently engage in immigration sponsorship

We offer a competitive base salary plus commissions and benefits that include the employee's health premiums covered at 100%, 401(k) retirement plan with a match up to 4% of employee's contributions, flexible PTO, and remote work arrangements.
