Who We Are Looking For:
Due to expanding growth, Fooda is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead our Delivery and Customer Happiness Team. This role will serve as the direct contact for multiple delivery couriers and restaurant partners while being responsible for the implementation of new Delivery Customers for Fooda and growing the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to show their leadership skills and expand Fooda’s Delivery program.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage, mentor and lead Fooda’s Delivery and Customer Happiness Team of six direct reports
- Hold responsibility for all courier management including, but not limited to: on-boarding, payroll, training and recruiting
- Lead the process to provide successful implementation for all new Fooda Delivery accounts
- Conduct and lead regularly scheduled check ins and meetings with Clients
- Lead all Delivery event restaurant scheduling (including management of both internal scheduling team and external 3rd party service)
- Manage Delivery courier network and a Delivery Recruiter for delivery drivers
- Anticipate courier needs and handle all communication related to any changes or updates
- Hold accountability for driver confirmation and daily/weekly route changes
- Manage daily delivery traffic adhering to specific time frames
- Lead the process for Delivery reporting (this may include but is not limited to: daily phone calls and e-mails to restaurants, internal communication with delivery team, Excel reporting, and pulling/running reports from Fooda’s internal software systems to analyze necessary data)
What You Should Already Have:
- 3-4 years’ experience in a professional work setting (preferably in an operations role)
- Strong ability to see both short and long-term solutions
- Passion for expanding existing processes to enhance the Delivery Product
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Proven Skills demonstrating a strong work ethic adhering to both Fooda’s internal employee and customers’ needs
