Department OverviewThis position is responsible for supporting Motorola's global operations and supply chain team as the organization continues to transform. This role will support strategic decisions on the company's operational footprint and supply diversity, executing on financial forecasts, while managing the company’s working capital.
Job Description
Finance business partner to supply chain supporting supply chain strategy including:
decision making on supplier diversity, resilience, and cost structure
Operational footprint
Semiconductor landscape
Mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence pre acquisition and post acquisition implementation
Lead financial planning for critical supply chain constraints and component shortages
Lead finance owner over working capital management including inventory, payments and resulting cash flows, including decompose key business/financial drivers to create working capital leverage.
Lead Developing and operationalizing financial dashboards and key performance reporting metrics using accurate and quality data.
Establish effective cross-functional relationships with key internal stakeholders (including, accounting, FP&A and operating finance teams) as well as external stakeholders (audit firms, consultants, and suppliers)
Partnership with key stakeholders to influence the strategic direction of the business.
Play a proactive role in implementing new procedures to improve efficiency, automation, and integration.
Strong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to develop new methods and processes.
Exercises good judgment, flexibility, and comfortable working under time constraints and with multiple operating constituents.
Preferred Skills:
Masters in Business/Finance degree preferred
15+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting

- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
