We’re looking for an EDI Administrator to join our Systems & IT Team in Chicago, IL.
General Functions + Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for our established EDI trading partners
- Resolve critical EDI errors in a timely manner to avoid chargebacks
- Identify the root cause of EDI errors and implement long-term fixes
- Document and report on EDI KPIs
- Manage the onboarding of new trading partners from initial setup and testing to go-live
Skills + Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical position
- Prior experience and working knowledge of EDI
- Understanding of XML a plus
- Prior experience with NetSuite ERP a plus
