Enterprise Application Administrator
The Enterprise Application Administrator ensures that enterprise applications and platforms (i.e., Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Slack) are properly installed, configured, integrated, documented, and supported. This position drives technical design sessions and facilitates clear conversations with business and technical teams to define project scope, expectations, and delivery.
Responsibilities
Manages general and overarching administration and configuration of highly shared enterprise tools and services (such as JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Origami Vendor Management).
- Manages installation and configuration of add-ons / plug-ins to improve efficiency of use.
- Builds or supports integration of enterprise tools with other applications (such as Slack, GitHub).
- Provides outstanding end-user support by working with colleagues to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to desktop and application configuration.
- Analyzes and resolves problems and document resolutions.
- Audits the configuration, usage, and performance of Enterprise A pplications to ensure that our tools meet usability, security, and quality criteria.
- Audits user accounts to ensure that licenses are only provisioned to active users (employees, interns, consultants) and that accounts have only the permissions they require.
- Proactively creates and maintains training and documentation to support our Enterprise Applications.
- Investigates and proposes ways to maximize benefits from applications and platforms; works with stakeholders to receive approval and drive implementation of changes.
- Develops strong working relationships with vendors and expeditiously creates tickets withvendors to resolve problems that require their engagement.
- Creates dashboards, reports, and metrics to communicate value being received from tool and general status updates.
- Serves as the subject matter expert on all tool usage, standard methodologies, and implementation.
- Assists with maturing IT Operations procedures and tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
- Technical proficiency with enterprise applications, integrations, and general office software
