Being an Enterprise Applications Administrator at iManage means…
You will work within our global Information Technology team and be responsible for the installation, management, upgrades and support of our enterprise applications. You will provide the proper technical support to help analyze, design, test and mange our systems. You will help to manage our vendor relationships and help to integrate our enterprise applications to fit the needs of our team. You will collaborative closely within our iManage team, and have the support to help grow your career with us.
iM Responsible For…
- Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our enterprise applications
- Managing the operations, support, patches, troubleshooting, testing and daily monitoring of our applications
- Maintaining new application integrations and tools by leveraging APIs and use of programming skills
- Creating projects, configuring permissions and workflows and other solutions at the requests of our users
- Supporting system security by ensuring compliance to security standards and policies, monitoring access privileges, conducting risk assessments, investigating suspicious activities
- Providing feedback and recommendations on improvement
- Building positive relationships across our global IT team and across our internal teams to truly understand their needs, problems, and helping to provide solutions to these issues
- Documenting all test cases and any application changes/upgrades to proper IT team members
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in an IT-support position; experience in troubleshooting, analyzing logs, utilizing debugging tools, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support, maintain and administer enterprise applications
- A background in data architecture in supporting multiple business system to provide appropriate insights to business users
- Strong understanding of server and network infrastructure and communication
- A team-oriented mindset; the ability to work and partner with employees, management, users, vendors, contractors, etc. and undertake duties and tasks as assigned without close supervision
Bonus Points if I have...
- Experience with both front end and back end web development
- Hands on experience with Salesforce , Segment, Totango, or other systems that are core to supporting the business from a data perspective
