Some Challenges You’ll Tackle
- Complete restaurant and internal requests for menu data changes.
- Review a request and update an existing menu to reflect the specifics requested. This can be a single item change up to a full menu rebuild.
- Meet monthly case completion quotas and quality expectations.
- Understand and comply with all department policies.
- Help with other projects as needed.
You Should Have
High School Diploma or GED Required
Very strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer care or phone experience a plus
Proficient knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Basic Salesforce Experience is required
