Responsibilities go above and beyond managing calendar and screening calls.
You are the right-hand person for our CTO. You want to learn a ton, by working closely with the leader of a 500+-person Engineering organization of a leading, high-growth Chicago technology company. You will manage day-to-day administrative and operational aspects of the department and support the CTO on projects as needed, providing him with significant leverage.
If you are successful in this role, there is potential for long-term expanded roles within the business.
- A proven go-getter with demonstrated ability to deliver on your commitments.
- 6+ years in a role supporting an executive, technology industry preferred
- Knowledge of or interest in technology industry preferred
