About the Role

Civis is looking for a full time temporary Executive Assistant for our CRO from November 1st to March 1st. This assignment will be full time for four to five months, The Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer is one of the most important jobs at Civis Analytics. You will be responsible for supporting our CRO. This entails managing his schedule, travel, and meetings. A strong candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with the ability to work on special projects. We are looking for individuals from diverse backgrounds with demonstrated quantitative and problem-solving skills. We value creativity, hard work and on-the-job-excellence. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6-8 years of executive assistant experience reporting directly to C-level executives, preferably in a technology organization
  • Proven record of handling confidential information with strong discretion
  • Forward-looking thinker; quick learner, resourceful and flexible; ability to work long hours, handle ad hoc issues over the weekends
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, motivated and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications; familiar and adaptable to new technology
  • Ability to work productively and cooperatively with a diverse range of personalities and working styles
