Executive Assistant - Temporary
GoHealth is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to ensure use of time and productive interactions with staff, management team and clients while current Executive Assistant is on maternity leave. You will manage a wide arrange of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving administrative responsibilities, research, schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, data management of meeting minutes. You will report to our Co-Founder / Chief Strategy Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact and gatekeeper for Co-Founder
- Extensive daily calendar and meeting management
- Coordinate business and personal travel
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments
- Event planning, execution and management
- Oversee corporate culture initiatives and special projects
- Collaborate with extended EA team and team of executives / directors
- Adhoc assignments and miscellaneous support requests
- Work with multiple sites and departments within the company
Experience:
- Associates or Bachelors' degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Skills:
- Strong written / verbal communication and professionalism
- Adaptability and ability to remain flexible and effective under pressure
- Organization, prioritization to meet deadlines
- Ability to negotiate and think outside the box
