What you get to do:
As the Executive Assistant to our Chief People & Customer Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Legal Officer, you'll be essential to the company meeting its goals by maximizing time and efficiency for these three senior leaders. Reporting to the Chief People & Customer Officer, you'll be an experienced executive assistant who enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in behind-the-scenes support roles.
- Administratively support three C-level executives: Chief People & Customer Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Legal Officer.
- Ensure executives' time is aligned with their priorities through demonstrated understanding of the core business and by leveraging expert prioritization strategies.
- Expand the capacity of executives to be in many places at once by building relationships and trust with their key people and communicating as their proxy.
- Maintain high volume, complex calendars for executives, including scheduling internal and external meetings with multiple parties across multiple time zones.
- Work closely and well with the broader staff to ensure all relevant calendars are considered and functioning cohesively.
- Manage general administrative duties, including processing expense reports and facilitating team and visitor requests.
- Plan team and company events, including team days, company parties and social events , and All Hands meetings.
- Book and manage executives' travel arrangements.
What you will bring to the team:
- Key Experience: 5+ years supporting C-level leaders in a high-growth stage tech company of 300+ FTEs and scaling
- Problem-Solving & Prioritization: You'll need these skills to be our expert at bringing order to chaos and navigating uncertainty with speed, while maximizing the performance of our c-suite.
- Polished Excellence: You'll foster relationships across all levels and functions in the organization who negotiates complex dynamics and manages intricate projects and partnerships.
- Ownership and Partnership: You'll leverage your ability to anticipate needs and identify priorities to know what needs to be done and when.
- Expert Communication: You'll effectively drive alignment and understanding across stakeholders through thoughtful communication that reduces ambiguity both for yourself and for others. You understand the importance of both method and timing in communicationand skilfully adapt your style to match context and meet the unique needs of your audience
Reports to: Chief People & Customer Officer
Job Level: Senior Associate
The minimum salary for this role is $63,000. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.
The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
