The Field Operations Manager will ensure all external and internal requirements are met in order to best meet our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. This role will liaise between our Human Resource and Operations Departments.

  • You have great communication skills and are comfortable interacting with the Human Resources and Operations team on a daily basis.

  • You're open minded and eager to learn in a fast paced environment.
  • You have experience managing a team of 15+ individuals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Devise procedures to inspect and control quality issues
  • Monitor all operations that impact quality
  • Assure reliability and consistency within the Field staff
  • Understand and appraise customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Review current standards and policies
  • Counsel and mentor employees and motivate them to perform at a high level
  • Provide necessary promotional and disciplinary guidance to Field staff.
  • Hustle! You are ready to get down and dirty to get the job done
