What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming clients and guests who call or visit the office with polish, professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Ensuring cleanliness in the lobby area and reception.
- Issuing visitor passes, ensuring visitors are appropriately signed in and escorted to correct company representative to ensure they are not left unattended.
- Managing and distributing all office mail; prepare labels and schedule pickups for outgoing mail.
- Assisting with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years professional experience in a receptionist or an administrative role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
- Proficient in Google suite; gmail, calendar, docs, sheets, etc.
- The ability to multitask and apply attention to detail to everything you do.
- Flexibility and the willingness to help the team as needed.
- Strong proactive initiative and resourcefulness.
- Willingness to remain flexible and adapt to change as we continue to grow as a company.
