Head of Talent Marketplace Operations

We’re creating the future of work and need your help. You’ll apply your expertise to grow and foster our expanding network of freelance finance and accounting professionals. It’s a unique role where you’ll lead, guide strategy, lean on metrics and oversee and improve on process. This role will have a huge impact on the growth and success of our business and will grow into a key member of the leadership team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll have autonomy and power to lead, manage, and execute our freelance talent acquisition process.

• Improve the experience around how freelancers enter (and stay in) our network

• Vet talent, making sure we meet the demand of businesses looking to our network for help

• Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to iterate on our matchmaking algorithms to find the best possible freelancer for any given project

• Find ways to improve the automated onboarding process

• Be the voice of and to the freelancers --newsletters, new product feature roll outs, etc.

• Use predictive tools, run an NPS survey, and create an FAQ to improve quality and stickiness of our platform

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to set strategy and vision

• Metrics driven and tech savvy

• Business minded, solution driven problem solver

• Self-motivated, excited to roll up your sleeves,and willing/excited to adjust to chaos

• Empathetic: you understand what the professionals entering our site want and need out of our product, and everything else around what makes them tick.

• Excellent communicator, who operates with confidence, charisma and humility.

• Expertise, and 4 years of experience, in at least one of these areas and interest in the others - Business Consulting, Recruiting, Finance & Accounting, or the gig-economy.
