Responsibilities:

• Manage the wedding & events business and it's multi-million dollar P&L.
• Recruit, hire, and grow the existing wedding & events teams across cities.
• Set sales goals, track KPIs, and manage individual & team performance.
• Scale wedding & events tech to meet growing demand & new cities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in chief revenue, ops, or head of growth roles.
• Proven track record building sales teams and new product lines.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and scale multi-functional teams.
