What we are looking for:
We are searching for a subject matter expert to server as our in-house IT Specialist. As a member of our Information Technology team, you will be at the forefront of expanding our technologies, and processes, that support our end users, and corporate IT strategy. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who is able to quickly identify gaps, find solutions, and is continuously looking for ways to enhance our IT capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of CityBase’s asset management and inventory system
- Troubleshooting of end user workstations and applications
- Standardization of operating system configurations for both Mac and Windows endpoints
- Establish repeatable procedures for the provisioning and repossession of assets
- Manage employee access requests, account creation, and decommissioning
- Support antivirus and other security tools
- Creation of custom scripts (VB, powershell, bash, etc.) for endpoint management
- Work directly with external vendors for product evaluation, configuration, and deployment
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience supporting end users, and corporate IT systems
- Experience with centralized authentication mechanisms such as LDAP/AD/etc.
- Experience with administering cloud applications, such as Google Apps, Ping Identity, Jira, etc.
- Experience with managing, deploying, and troubleshooting antivirus and desktop security programs
- Solid understanding of both OS X, and Windows desktop operating systems
- Willingness to learn continuously evolving company and industry specific technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Have an awesome attitude, and be excited to help others
Nice to Haves:

- Relevant certifications, such as A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA
